Flow Wrapping Machine PSA-250WL for Chinese herbal medicine products
A Chinese herbal medicine company needs to pack their bottle with POF film to give more protection for their product. The company needs Benison to integrate the packaging machine with their existing production line. After carefully reviewed, Benison technical team finds the best packaging solutions by adding some modifications in our set of Pillow machine model PSA250WL and heat tunnel AS-350 to fulfill the company request. In the end, Benison packaging solutions could match their packaging demand!
Material
A Chinese herbal medicine company choosing POF shrink material to protect their product. POF material has shiny and high clearance which can improve product appearance. Moreover, POF film has high flexibility which suits any shape of products, and high durability, which can protect and seal the products.
Equipment
Because of the company wants to integrate their new packaging machine with their existing production line, Benison technical team makes some adjustments. From the beginning in the connection line between their existing production line and the conveyor of Flow Wrapper PSA250WL, we add bottle holder that can lay down the bottle before entering the conveyor of Flow Wrapper. After that, in the conveyor we also add belt that have sensor to control the feeding bottle into machine. Later, when products come to PSA-250WL, the machine will pack the product automatically with speed up to 60pack/minute. Afterwards, products will automatically send to heat tunnel AS-350. The company request the products will pack into the box in standing position, so we design the conveyor to make bottle back to stand position. If there is bottle in lay down position, sensor in the conveyor will detect and push away the bottle to the side of the conveyor. Moreover, we also design the workflow from left to right to meet their existing production line. Overall, these packaging solutions can be integrated in the customer production line perfectly and can help the company to pack their products in more efficient way.
